The AMB Coordinator plans and coordinates the work of the AMB team, aligns it with other functions in the organization, like Production or R&D, and ensures that orders are delivered on time. He/she is involved in the planning and preparation of repair work performed in the local AMB workshop, and also supports in the planning and preparation of field service jobs. The AMB Coordinator is responsible for the commercial processing of offers and orders for in-house repair, field service, and spare parts. He/she is in frequent contact with customers (operators/end-users and global Voith sales and service companies) on both commercial and technical issues including the writing of inspection reports for failed products. He/she is also involved in the selling of AMB services. The AMB Coordinator drives improvements of the above mentioned processes and supports the development and growth of the company's AMB in strategic initiatives and analysis. As AMB Coordinator you will report mainly to the Head of Strategic Aftermarket Business amk.
Your qualifications are; At least three years of experience in maintenance, operation, or production of components or systems in drive lines, and/or at least three years of experience in offer/order processing in the area of customer service - or equivalent experience . Substantial practical qualification and/or Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering . Solid understanding of commercial concepts and methods . Very good communication skills, especially with regards to technical topics, in Swedish and English . Willingness to travel internationally, high degree of flexibility and motivation, team-oriented . Experience with ERP system, e.g. Navision, and MS Office
