The Content Distribution Management department in Nordic is responsible for reaching the footprint of our brands and channels in the Nordic region. The affiliate marketing coordinator will be responsible for affiliate marketing for our local channels/brands (MTV, Vh1, Comedy Central, Paramount Channel, Nickelodeon and Nick Jr.) and will be the key contact for our sales contacts with smaller operators in both Sweden and Finland.
Just the right tasks to you:
• Coordinate affiliate marketing activities with Swedish & Finnish operators, execution of campaigns
• Create and execute presentations for Swedish & Finnish operators, sales resources and customer service teams
• Support operators, antenna networks and agents with relevant marketing and sales materials. Coordinate co-branded marketing campaigns and competitions with affiliate clients
• Create affiliate marketing reports for the Nordic region
• Coordinate and provide merchandise, sales materials, flyers, etc. for sales and marketing teams
• Asset management: create and manage an image/sizzle library and provide pictures, promos, social video etc. for operators in the Nordic region
• Develop and maintain relationships and manage contracts/negotiations with smaller TV operators and sales agents in order to maximize the footprint of our brands and channels and optimize their revenue
• Provide support for local and regional conferences and events, working closely with internal teams
• Provide insight and intelligence on the markets to the wider Nordic region and the UK cluster, including competitor info
• Budget management of marketing activities. Assist with Budget support by providing monthly and quarterly updates and forecasts
• Maintain client database
You will be based in our office in the center of Stockholm, and this role will also include travel within Sweden and Finland.
That's why we want you:
• You have a Degree in Media (e.g. Berghs School of Communication), Commercial qualifications or other relevant academic degree. Working experience from the media industry is desirable
• You have at least 1 year on marketing and/or sales experience
• Excellent ability to build long term relationships and be an excellent networker. International focus, confident working in a diverse working environment by email/phone
• Ability to meet deadlines but to also adapt to business needs and priorities accordingly
• Well organized and pro active
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both English and Swedish)
• Excel, Power Point, Outlook proficiency. You also master Photoshop
• Responsible, self-driven and able to work independently
