1. Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitably.
2. Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement with top clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided and annual mystery shop goals are met.
3. Manage and support stock levels through direct communication with key business departments to maximize full price selling, maintaining a high sell through as well as alignment with new product launches.
4. Good communication with store manager, carry on and excecute decision from higher management.
5. Daily operation of the company website.
6. Helping store manager to create and design marketing campaign materials for Asian tourists to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment. Implementation and execution of company CRM initiatives by providing action plans to the team
Job requirement:
1. Language Skills: Swedish, English, Chinese (advantage) both in writing and speaking.
2. At least 1-year experience in sales management in retail or service related industry.
3. Bachelor's or higher degree in business major, Marketing and Human Resource is prefered.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
7. Accustomed to dealing with Asian tourists, aware and respect Asian tourists habits.
8. Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
9. Photography or Photoshop is a plus.
