hela Sverige We are looking for a Project Manager for a company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 8-month limited contract to begin with.
This role is suited for professionals with 2-5 years of relevant experience who are looking to further develop their project management skills in a structured and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage projects across business functions such as purchasing, logistics, HR, finance, or other non-technical areas.
Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop detailed project schedules.
Identify and plan resource requirements to ensure effective project delivery.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates regarding cost, timeline, and staffing.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and external quality standards.
Identify potential risks or obstacles and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
Support the management of multiple related initiatives, including business transformation activities.
Coordinate vendor-related tasks, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with the overall project plan when applicable.
Profile
2-5 years of relevant project management or coordination experience.
Practical knowledge gained through education and professional experience.
Ability to manage smaller projects independently or contribute to larger projects under the guidance of a senior project manager.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently with general supervision.
This role requires fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start ASAP, 8-month limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
