Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) & Chief Communications Officer (CCO), this position provides support and advice to co-ordinate the activities of the CMO/CCO, the Group Function Marketing & Communications Leadership Team (GFMCLT) and the global Marketing & Communications Leadership Team (MCLT).

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Ensure efficient and streamlined activities based on the recurring activities of the CMO/CCO and GFMC, including but not limited to, coordinating regular reporting (e.g. MBRs), GFMCLT & MCLT meeting agendas & minutes of meetings, meeting action point follow up & execution, etc.
• Prepare presentations, meeting materials etc for the CMO/CCO?
• Manage internal communications within GFMC including, but not limited to, organization announcements, scheduling, coordinating & preparing materials for All Manager & All Employee Meetings, scheduling and technically setting up M&C Briefings etc.?
• Proactively find opportunities to drive efficiencies and to digitalize the work of the CMO/CCO?
• Undertake special projects or participate at the request of the CMO/CCO in GFMC, MCLT and/or company-wide projects or initiatives

Position Qualifications:

• 5-7 years working experience, preferably within Marketing & Communications
• Confidence to manage executive stakeholders and to build trusted relationships
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Excellent ability to create and to coach others on decision making material
• Outstanding written & spoken English skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work independently with limited instruction
• Ability to work with highly confidential information.
