Vattenfall, Business Unit Sales Business to Business is responsible for the sales activities towards corporate customers in all our markets. We offer a broad range of products within electricity and gas to industrial customers in The Nordics, Germany and Netherlands. The unit manages sales operation, product and pricing strategies and business intelligence. Our customers range from major industrial clients and other corporations to retailers, small companies. We act on strongly competitive and dynamic markets.
We have a European organization and have currently ~ 500 employees in Nordic region, Germany and Netherlands.
Business is going good and we are now looking for one more Advisor in our advisory-team. The team's main purpose is to advise and administer internal as well as external matters regarding our customer's energy business. We consider advisory as one of the key factors in building close relations with our customers and thereby increasing customer value.
Main responsibilities and work tasks:
• Analyzing and advising customers about current situation on the energy market
• Manage customers energy portfolio
• Participate in sales activities aiming to meet new and existing customers
• Administer all customer related actions in CRM and sales systems (mainly SAP and ES)
• Write and distribute market information regarding the energy market
Your Qualifications:
• A academic degree or similar within a relevant area is required
• You know the Nordic energy market through earlier work experience
• You talk and write Swedish and English fluently
• You have an excellent skill in excel and PowerPoint
• Experience from CRM-systems is a must and experience from SAP and ES is considered a merit
We are looking for a service-minded person and a strong will to work in a team. You have the ability to work with structure and with an analytical mindset. And you are able to communicate complicated issues in a manageable way
Location will be in Stockholm, Råcksta.
