www.atlascopco.com.The International Remuneration and Benefits Team is part of Atlas Copco AB is located in Sickla, Sweden. Their main task is to support the recruiting managers in international mobility and compensation & benefits processes in the Group.
Job description
We are looking for an Adviser International Remuneration and Benefits (hereafter IRB adviser) for the IRB team at Atlas Copco Group Center. As IRB adviser, you will be working in a small team supporting the recruiting managers worldwide in different aspects of international mobility. Your main point of contact will be the Divisional Human Resources Managers located all over the world.
Your main tasks as IRB adviser will be the following:
• Providing salary build-up calculations
• Making Job classifications & International Position Evaluations
• Creating annual Salary/Pensionable salary Review tools and reporting data
• Interpreting, developing, "Policing" and monitoring the Group's International Mobility Policies
• Assisting Atlas Copco Divisional HR Managers with expatriate processes
• Analysing Market Salary Data and assist companies in creating their salary structure
• Benchmarking of benefits and policies
• Working on different projects related to International Mobility and Compensation & Benefits
In this position, you will travel from time to time to participate in projects and give presentations in meetings and seminars.
Mission
It is IRB's mission to be the competence center in the Atlas Copco Group in respect of all aspects related to International Mobility.
In this position, your mission will be to advice and support the recruiting managers and the Divisional HR managers in different domains related to the employment of international mobile employees and to ensure the recruitment / employment is made in line with the Group's policy intentions.
Educational/ experience requirements
University degree within psychology, human resources, law or similar. Good command of English (both spoken & written) is a must. Good computer skills with primary focus on Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and databases.
The successful candidate has experience in International mobility and has worked in an international environment. He/she will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills both spoken and written, is service minded and has the ability to build good relationships both internally and internationally.
