We are now looking for a Program Administrator for our global Trainee Rotation Programs. This position is a maternity leave replacement and the selected candidate will be expected to start on or around May 30, 2011.
Key performance areas
This is an exciting position which interacts daily with Sandvik employees all over the world. You will coordinate multiple overlapping trainee programs from our Tube headquarters in Sandviken and your main responsibilities include developing, administering and monitoring the programs and any related workshops, conferences, events or meetings and databases. This role is the communication hub between multiple business areas that have employees in the programs and the key to the programs functioning smoothly and consistently, and may well impact the overall success of the programs. The language used in all communications within the program is English.
You will also be responsible for other smaller HR related projects as assigned.
Your profile
You have a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or a related field. It is vital that you demonstrate superb verbal and written English communication skills as they will be challenged daily. Good communication skills in Swedish are very advantageous. You have excellent computer skills in MS Office and Internet research, and experience from Lotus Notes is helpful. Experience with visas and work permits is advantageous.
You are culturally aware with patience and understanding and the ability to take the initiative and be creative and ambitious.
