Job description
Perido is looking for an Administrative Office for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. The position is placed at their office in Stockholm.
In this assignment you will take on a broad and exciting role that offers an ever-changing workday. You will (among other things):
• Monitor the annual work programme execution in collaboration with the Head of your department, as well as coordinate and manage the day-to-day work plan
• Support the procurement processes within the programme/department and support the budget budget execution
• Support the Head and DeputyHead of your department in external network coordination activities, including communication with the European Expert Networks and meeting organisations
To be successful in this role you need organisational and administrative skills as well as a good sense of confidentiality and discretion. You have the ability to work under pressure and have experience of organising and prioritising work accordingly. Furthermore we believe that you enjoy building relationships and communicate with team members, colleagues and external resources. Required qualifications
• Proven experience as an administrative officer, preferably in a multicultural working environment;
• Excellent skills in managing documentation, preparing correspondence and other documentation;
• High level of responsibility and ability to take initiative.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook);
• Excellent command of English; oral and written.
Contract type and hours
Full time. Start as soon as possible, end date June 30 with possible extension (12 months).
