The demand for products that help publishers to maximise their eCPM is growing rapidly. Admeta offers a complete range of products that fulfill the publisher’s needs and put the actual issue in the first room. It's not only about maximising the eCPM and increasing the revenues, but also making the campaign handling easier, thereby ensuring all advertisers are satisfied with great results.
The success of this job will be predominantly determined by the key measurements of revenue and client satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets and KPIs. Develop a healthy revenue pipeline of upsell/cross opportunities within our client base. Ensure the opportunity base in our CRM is up to date and accurate.
The ideal candidate will be a successful and a proven sales person with international sales experience. He/she will be comfortable cultivating executive level relationships with clients and partners. He/she must have an impeccable reputation for delivering outstanding client service and client results. In addition, the position will require strong written communication skills (in English). We are looking for a proactive and confident team player who likes to drive their own business.
The ideal candidate will have
• Understanding of solutions selling and the "big sell"
• An understanding of an online publisher’s business
• Understanding of the online market and what is generating revenue
• Have a broad knowledge of SAAS systems and the advantages
• Great inter-personal skills
• Previous technology sales experience
• Strong client handling skills
• Great presentation skills
• Confidence dealing with people at all levels of an organisation
• Confident dealing with senior executive decision makers
• University level degree preferable within marketing
• Excellent MS office skills
• Understanding of the advertising industry
• Comfortable with communicating with all areas of a client’s business inc. technical
• A strong desire for travelling in his/her work, predominately in Europe
• An International contact network in the online industry
We definitely see that you have the following:
• Minimum 5 year experience from the online B2B industry
• Minimum 3 years sales experience, preferably from the online industry
• Strong communication skills in English, fluent in languages other than the Nordic languages is a big advantage
• Used to doing business across borders
• Drivers license
