For our tech client in Gothenburg, we are looking for an AP & Banking Assistant.
In this role, you will:
• Be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records of the company in accordance with Swedish accounting principles.
• Be responsible for invoices handling, from source to pay process.
• Be responsible for administration of bank accounts in SEB and payments of invoices and salaries.
• Support on financial audit.
• Support on business controlling on performance evaluation.

Our client develops, manufactures, and sells high performance electric drive units for fully electric vehicles, addressing the whole value chain, including production software and single components. They have 1000 experienced employees across two R&D Centers in Gothenburg Sweden and in Wuxi China. The team has been responsible for over two million sold units to date.

Qualifications
• You have a higher education in relevant field.
• You have relevant knowledge in accounting and related regulatory framework.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. It's a great advantage if you are fluent in Swedish as well.
• Meritorious: Knowledge in Fortnox.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-11-01 with possibility of extension.
