hela Sverige As an Accounting Senior Specialist you will be responsible for legal entity monthly close procedures, establishing and maintaining accounting policies and controls, preparing and reviewing financial reports and supporting to safeguard the organization's assets.
• Researching and analyzing account fluctuations, preparing and approving account reconciliations
• Closing the books for legal entities within the company
• Analytically review income statement and balance sheet
• Involved in accounting policy projects
• Be responsible for the preparation of statutory annual accounts
• Analyzing and reviewing complex data and processes to make and propose enhancements or improve performance
• Educational requirements: University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of relative public accounting experience
• Have a passion for accounting and finance
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Products, excellent skills in Excel
• Proficiency with any of accounting systems (PeopleSoft, HFM and Essbase)
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Analytical approach
• Good communicator and a team player
Nasdaq is now looking for an Accounting Senior Specialist to join the Accounting Services Team at the Stockholm office. This role reports into the VP Global Legal Entity Controller.
The position is located in Stockholm in the renovated former Ford assembly plant in Frihamnen, in our spacious and modern, open plan factory-style campus.
