On behalf of our client, a company located in the centre of Stockholm, we are now looking for an experienced Accounting Manager for a longer temporary assignment starting ASAP. In this role, you will be responsible for managing 4-5 people.

Publiceringsdatum2011-05-20Dina arbetsuppgifterAs Accounting Manager you will supervise the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions within the department as well as delegate responsibilities.
You will also be responsible for the following:
• supervision of staff accountants and collections staff
• reconciliation of daily cash and bank accounts
• supervision of accounting processes regarding salaries, taxes and pension
• reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• performing monthly reporting
• assisting the controller with end of month closing duties
• maintaining reporting requirements
• maintaining fixed assets, depreciation and reconciliations
• assisting the VP of Finance with developing and maintaining internal control procedures.
The company uses Visma Control, Visma Invoice Manager and Aaro.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have a Bachelor's degree in economics / accounting with 3-4 years or more experience in a corporate accounting department or audit firm. You also posses good language skills and have a good level of written and spoken English and German.
It is highly desirable if you have at least 1-2 years of managerial experience.
We are looking for someone who is flexible, thorough and structured. You have solid communications and organisational skills with an ability to work under pressure while still being able to prepare, consolidate and distribute financial information in a correct and timely manner.
