Job Description & Summary
Passion for creating value through accounting and financial reporting and working with complex problems together with some of Sweden's top advisors and specialists?
Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) is a department within Risk Advisory which mainly works with consultations in complex accounting, financial reporting and capital market issues. Accounting Advisory Services (AAS) is a part of CMAAS. Within AAS we deliver value to clients around accounting for complex transactions and accounting change. Among other things, we work with advising and implementation projects in connection with changes in accounting rules (eg IFRS 9, 15, 16 and 17), IFRS conversions and treasury accounting. We also work with consultancy in accounting and financial reporting within business combinations, consolidation, carve- outs, restructuring, capital raising and with CFO support.

Working as an Advisor in our Accounting Advisory Services team you will get the opportunity to provide clients with practical solutions within accounting and financial reporting, amongst others:
IFRS implementation (e.g. IFRS 9, 15, 16, 17)
GAAP conversions (e.g. from Swe GAAP to IFRS)
Accounting advice relating to e.g. business combinations, consolidation, carve- outs, restructuring and capital raising
Support to ensure accounting compliance and improvements of accounting routines and processes
Preparation, support and review of IFRS financial statement and quarterly reports
Treasury Accounting
CFO support, e.g. advice on governing documents (e.g. Finance and Accounting Manual, authorization frameworks), people, processes, systems and strategic planning (e.g. business plan, budget, forecast, management reporting).

Preferred skills
To succeed in this role you;
have more than 5 years work experience in accounting and financial reporting.
have earlier experience of IFRS accounting and work with listed companies is an advantage as well as experience in working as a consultant.
are curious and interested in learning new methods and working methods.
have a professional approach and a focus on customer relations and how to add value for the customer.
enjoy working in diverse environments as part of the daily work is conducted out at the customer and work tasks during one day vary in both scope and tempo.
have good language skills in Swedish and English.
