hela Sverige We are now looking for an Accounting Assistant to a company located in Malmö and Landskrona.
Role Summary:
Accounting Assistant position within the HQ finance team and reporting to the Finance Manager. This role primarily handles Accounts Payables for SEDB.
Key responsibilities:
• Invoicing flow handling including pre-accounting of AP invoices.
• AP payment handling
• AR invoicing, with Non-goods invoices in Baan and the rest outside Baan
• Managing Netting of Group payments (offsetting AR with AR)
• Reconciling AP, AR and netting
Responsibilities and authorities:
• In addition to working closely together with the HQ holding team and the HQ Holding Finance Manager, this role includes a lot of cooperation with cost center owners (stakeholders) within the Landskrona office.
• Professionally represent the group at all times and promote the company values.
Key competences:
• Solid experienced with Accounting.
• Good knowledge about IFRS and preferably also VAT
• Hands-on competence
Requirements:
• Education: University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Computer skills: experience from BAAN is a merit but not required.
• Experience: Specialist role (min. 3-5 years) in an international company in a similar position.
Personal qualities:
• Clear and strong communicator with the ability to resolve issues
• Strong drive with the ability to get things done and handle temporary high workload in connection with closings, acquisitions, etc.
• Analytical and with a structured approach
• High integrity and business ethics
Further information:
It is a consultant full-time position starting the first of September and ends last January 2023.
