We're now looking for an Accounting Assistant to be a part of the Qliro Accounting team that consists of 6 driven and passionate people. We are a team who together work towards delivering high quality and strive to be more effective in our routines and processes.
To thrive in the role, we see a person who is self-sufficient and takes accountability. We believe you're structured and have an eye for details and gain motivation by working towards deadlines. We also believe that you are service-minded and have a general interest in data and finance. A combination of daily tasks and more challenging questions is something you like.
What you'll do:
• Daily accounting and ledger reconciliations
• Part of the monthly book close
• Disbursements and bank reconciliations
• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Drive and be a part of projects and improvements
We believe you :
• Have minimum 1-year experience from a finance department
• Relevant education
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience from Navision, Exflow and SQL is preferable but not mandatory
• Fluent in Swedish and in English
