We are looking for a candidate with a good ability to simultaneously manage a wide range of tasks and get things done. Someone that is independent, solution oriented, unpretentious and a good communicator. The role is primarily focused on serving all end-to-end accounting needs for J.Lindeberg 's Retail Channel across 4 legal entities, as well as supporting the Accounts Receivable team.
Areas of responsibility
• Core tasks
o Month End-closings of Retail accounts (Including contact with auditors)
o Reviewing and approving all retail related expenses and keeping track of vendors
o Supporting store managers with financial related questions regarding for example payments and POS system, also reconciling their Z-reports and daily cash reports
o Bank and account reconciliations (all Retail 's balance accounts) JLAB, JLDK, JLFI and JLNO
o Rental payments control, maintaining overview of retail contracts and minimum rents reservations etc.
o Reporting of net sales to landlords (monthly and yearly)
o Overall supporting the retail team in their daily business
o Invoicing of concession sales in JLNO
o Royalty invoicing to business partners
o Support AR team with allocating payments, monitoring bad debt exposure and credit risk for distributors and wholesale customers outside Europe.
o Support finance team with day to day tasks during the ERP upgrade

Required qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years of general accounting and book keeping
• Experienced user of Excel
• Experience from Medius and/or Microsoft (MS) Dynamics NAV and/or MS Business Central meritorious
• Experience from Sitoo cash register system meritorious
The assignment is a consulting assignment starting immediately. During this period, you will be employed as a consultant through us at The Place but work on site at J.Lindeberg. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday between 8-17.
