I'm Philip, Head of Account Management for Europe and APAC. I'll be reviewing your application if you choose to apply.
Currently, Inex One is made up of 21 colleagues, from Singapore to New York. We hire selectively for top talent, cultural fit and ambition. We want our colleagues to stay with us for the long run. To back it up, every full-time employee is an owner, earning stock over time.
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Account Management team. This includes private equity, credit and hedge funds, alongside some of the most savvy corporate strategy teams in the world.

Your job
As Account Manager, you will be the face of Inex One towards our clients. Your job is sales and account management - to help new and existing clients get the best value from the Inex One platform. You will build relationships and help clients succeed with Inex One and our partner expert networks. This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Flexibility and remote work is possible, but we have learned that Account Managers are most successful (and happy) when being close to the office.

Your main responsibilities:
Build relationships with clients, helping them succeed with Inex One.
Develop an understanding of typical business challenges faced by clients and how Inex One can help solve them.
Manage and coordinate with one or many stakeholders at client firms, and their respective processes to get started with or expand their usage of Inex One.
Lead "change management"-projects and training sessions to ensure clients get the most value out of the platform.
Connect with clients in smart ways, including thought leadership/ content marketing, building your social media presence, and joining industry conferences
Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, growth opportunities and design plans for developing helpful tools.
Work with our Tech and Product teams to innovate and continuously improve the user experience and product features.

We think that you have:
A genuine interest in meeting and helping other people
A university degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
An interest in taking on new opportunities and change, driving projects and innovating
Creativity and an interest in problem-solving
Full professional proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)

(Experience in Sales or Account Management in an expert network is a plus, but not required)
