Per Majak, our Regional Sales Director of Nexus/IN Groupe Nordics and his team are looking for a new engaged and motivated colleague! The mission will be to focus on acquiring new customers (hunter) in primarily the private sector. The full range of Nexus products and services will be in scope, i.e. digital and physical access solutions for people and things.

What you'll do at Nexus
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and growing Nexus' business in the Nordic region. You will drive sales activities of the complete Nexus portfolio, both hardware and software solutions, towards primarily Enterprise customers in the region.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Creating demand, generate leads, and engage with C-levels.
Cooperate with different partners, partner managers, marketing, product development, and other colleagues to develop our presence and competitiveness on the Nordic market.
Collaborate internally to ensure sales deals are finished in a correct and timely way and customer satisfaction.
You will become Nexus Nordic market ambassador and the de-facto "business consultant" person that people will think to contact when new opportunities emerge.
Maintain and administrate projects/sales in the company's internal CRM and preparation of sales forecasts and reporting.
When applicable, you will also cooperate and develop business opportunities with other Business Lines within IN Groupe.
You will meet and exceed set financial and strategic goals within the role.
Some of the Tools: Salesforce, Forecasting tools, Excel, Tender databases, LinkedIn/social media, and other ways to reach and build a network.
About you
You are strategic. You know your prospective customer's business better than they do. This enables you to challenge the way the prospect is moving (their status quo) and lead them towards a different path for their long-term success, where you and Nexus will play a part.

You know how to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively, always having the next step in mind andensuring that hand-offs are correct an timely handled. Your way-of-working is proactive and self-driven, and you are not afraid of taking initiative. You prepare well for important events and meetings, you rarely do things by chance.
You are business driven and own a positive growth mindset. You understand "business" rather than just "sales". This enables you to focus your time where it makes the most impact and take decisions in a way that makes sense for the company. To stay current, you also keep yourself informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
You take responsibility for your work and independently structure the approach and drive processes and projects with minimal guidance. Still, you also know how to lead, motivate, and empower others with the capacity necessary to achieve common goals effectively.

Qualifications
Proven experience in direct sales and/orpartner sales in the Nordic region.
Working proficiency level in English and Swedish or other Scandinavian languages.
You possess a background in Tech, Cybersecurity Software, SaaS, PKI, Identity Management, IoT, or IT.
The ability to travel and visit different stakeholders.
A relevant partner/customer network.
You are familiar with Sales Qualification Methodologies such as BANT and MEDDIC. You understand the Sales process with all it's lovely complications, externally and internally.
