Monocl is a rapidly growing SaaS business focused on life sciences and healthcare. We are now looking for a driven Account Manager to join out Sales team in Göteborg. As an Account Manager you will have an opportunity to have a significant and very visible impact selling a breakthrough SaaS platform that can transform an industry! In less than three years, we have added more than half of the top 20 largest pharmaceutical companies to our customer portfolio. This is your opportunity to join us, we're just getting started.What You'll DoYou will effectively drive new opportunities, develop and manage strong customer relationships, and grow revenue within your target territory. This is a position that requires the ability to identify prospects, execute client engagement meetings and deliver sales in an autonomous manner. For the right person, this position offers brilliant development opportunities and strong financial incentives. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and close sales opportunities to meet/exceed our commercial targets- Ensure key metrics and performance targets are effectively managed and tracked- Effectively navigate and penetrate clients at different levels across matrixed organizations- Efficiently organize customer meetings and presentations- Provide ongoing updates and market feedback to the broader team- Ability to travel (25-50%)Who you areYou should have the confidence to target, educate, and persuade new customers to use our product and services in new and creative ways that benefit their business. You have a passion for this industry and thrive in a dynamic, fast growing technology company. - Bachelor's degree required- Experience selling into the life sciences and/or pharmaceutical industries- Demonstrated understanding of life sciences practices, processes and issues and ability to discuss related issues with customers or personnel at all levels within the organization- Track record of successfully delivering results through use of metrics and analysis- Proven ability to work well in a matrix environment, collaborate across multiple departments/organizations and influence at all levels- Adaptable, flexible, open to diverse ways of thinking and diverse cultures.- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and training skills.- Experience of working under pressure and with low degree of supervision.- Ability to gain and retain customer confidence and respect- Proven team playerWho are weAt Monocl we strongly believe in the strength of diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
