About us
Our department aims to deliver digital workplace services towards all internal customers, enabling Scania's colleagues globally to be creative, productive and collaborative.
The work environment at Scania's IT department is international and our employees are representing many different nationalities and countries.
The team
You will be part of a mature and diverse team, who puts teamwork and respect for the individual high.
The team consist of ten people and works with agile methods and lean thinking to reach perfection in our daily business. A team who constantly challenge the processes and routines to meet better results and to create time for other tasks to be challenged.
About your assignment
As an Access Management Specialist, you will work with a mix of tasks like administration of access rights, troubleshooting, access governance, automating and driving improvements in our daily way of working. All of this will be done in team focused deliveries, were teamwork and cross functional work methods are key.
Your main areas of work
• Working with our daily deliveries, processing orders that come in through our order flow. This includes modifying permissions on the platforms and within the applications we administer, creating accounts for various IT systems, following given processes and methods.
• Participating in the development and improvement work of our support tools and processes using Scania's agile methods.
• Independently driving improvements in our service and/or tools, as well as streamlining our workflows.
Your profile

So is the ability to structure and prioritize. Furthermore, you have the courage to challenge existing ways of working and be creative in how you test these ideas.
You don't have to check all the bullets below to fit in, but if you can, that's of course a bonus.
• You have knowledge and experience in permission administration within areas such as MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, PowerShell, and Identity Management.
• You possess knowledge of NTFS or have a good general understanding of how file structures are set up and administered.
• You have excellent spoken and written English skills, as you will be in frequent contact with Scania's users, who are part of a global company, as well as fluent in Swedish.
It's meriting if you have a higher education in IT/IT Security/Communication or equivalent previous experience in permission administration and customer contact, experience with ServiceNow and knowledge/experience in the area of Access Governance. Also, if you have knowledge of other European languages in addition to English, this is highly meriting.
