Tasks
As a Customer Care Engineer your focus is to build long-term customer relations by evaluating, analyze and respond to customer feedback and/or technical issues. You will have a close partnership with our subsidiaries worldwide as well as our Engineering-, Operation-, and Sales departments. As a Customer Care Engineer you will experience various work tasks in an exciting and meaningful work environment where you are the front person whenever there is a product concern or warranty claim. You are a coordinator and represent and communicate with customer regarding progress to solve warranty claims and quality performance. You coordinate internal quality cases, analyze and lead investigations of warranty claims and secure required documentation. You identify potential opportunities of sales during investigations by coordinating with sales organization. You drive continuous improvement of processes and train employees in our quality tools and processes.
Requirements
To succeed in this roll you have a suitable university degree or equivalent. You have experience in leading projects, preferably with customer orientation. We prefer if you also have experience from analyzing customers technical requirements. As a person you have well developed communication and coordination abilities and a good technical understanding. You have analytical skills and good problem solving abilities with structured approach. Fluent in spoken and written English, Swedish and an additional language is beneficial.
