As an Instructor in the RAN Radio domain, you will be responsible for delivery and customization of learning and competence development products for Ericsson Learning Services customers and for Ericsson internal students. We are looking for a person willing to travel a lot in the job.
Responsibilities:
You will develop and customize customer learning products
You will manage customers & course participants while delivering training
You will deliver virtual classroom training, where the instructor sits in one location and the students in another location
Collaborating with PDU to stay updated on latest Radio developments
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Basic technical or engineering university degree or Pedagogy Bachelor or Master
Desire to learn new technologies and develop cross-domain competence and trainings
Good knowledge about Ericsson's products
Strong LTE end to end understanding
Highly developed presenting & communicating skills
Writing & reporting
Leadership skills
Teamwork & Collaboration
Interest in teaching
Key Qualifications:
vRAN and RAN Functionality and split architecture concepts
Ericsson RAN products & solutions
LTE Advanced: The fundamental technology and characteristics
5G Plugins: basic understanding on Roadmap and Key features (Optional)
High-level End to End Network knowledge
5G NR Knowledge
Massive IoT RAN
Massive MIMO

Video and audio Editing skills
