hela Sverige PDU Evolved Infrastructure is a PDU within DU Core Networks, BUCI.
The PDU is at the base of Ericsson Core Networks based on our solutions, platforms and components. Securing a smooth evolution of our customer core network infrastructure from today's installed base to a CBA based architecture being able to be deployed virtualized in a Cloud environment, taking the overall network solution aspect into consideration is key to our future business success.
In order to adapt to the demands and dynamics of the market we have introduced Lean & Agile ways of working in our operations. This is intended to facilitate more efficient product development including best possible customer perceived quality and performance.
The PDU consists of over 1200 employees and is a global organization with main governance in Sweden, but with operations in Hungary, Italy, China, Canada, Croatia, India, Russia and Australia.
PDU Evolved Infrastructure was established 3 years ago to reflect the needs for increased Market Focus and Development Efficiency by looking into synergies in Products, Capabilities and Ways of Working. Strong focus is put on Lean and Agile ways of working as enabler for flexibility, adaptability to customer demands as well as to increase throughput and get quick feedback for our products.
Main expectations and responsibilities for the position:
• Manage the entire product life-cycle (idea, development, roll out, maintaining, closure)
• Continuously analyze the stakeholder needs and maintain well balanced product backlog, roadmap and product life cycle view
• Driving cross team work (system anatomies, studies, development, maintenance and support)
• Ensure quality by establishing story acceptance criteria's
• Act as a conduit between the business and the development team
• Coordinate your work with other Product Owners
• Be an active member in the core team of the product/component
Requested competence & expectations on this position:
• Master of Science or corresponding University studies and a minimum of 5 years relevant leading position
• Exceptional knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and implementation
• Solid knowledge and at least 3-years' experience in Software Development
• Your attitude is characterized by "one Ericsson" and "Customer first"

• Fast learner who seeks for continuous improvements
• Agile leadership style: lead by example, role modeling situations and behaviors, challenge command and control behaviors, value the ideas and opinions of others.
• You have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. You must be fluent in oral and written English and have excellent presentation skills
