We currently develop LTE, GSM, WCDMA Network solutions to operators all over the world.
Multi Standard RBS within PDU LTE is responsible for specifying requirements and solutions for the LTE RAN and as well as WCDMA and GSM requirements in RBS 6000. The PDU is based in Stockholm with operations in Gothenburg, Linköping, Nanjing, Beijing, Ottawa and Korea.
Job Summary:
System Radio Performance section within the PDU LTE & Multi Standard RBS is responsible for specifying requirements and solutions for the LTE RAN and as well as WCDMA and GSM Radio product in RBS 6000. This includes participation and contribution in 3GPP standardization, early concept study, pre-studies and securing characteristics and performance through involvement in the product development and testing phases.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
As a System Engineer you will be responsible to define radio system requirement and work with radio products development for Multi-Standard Radio Base Stations. You will be an interface to Product Management, SW and HW design projects.
You are responsible to securing radio performance through involvement in 3GPP standardization and product development project. You will drive investigations in early projects phases, define requirement and technical solution.

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements
• MSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
• English Skills
Preferred Qualification and Experience Requirements
• Working experience within RBS system/ radio sub-system design.
• Previous experience within GSM or WCDMA is valuable.
