hela Sverige The Merchant support department delivers hard-to-beat service to the e-stores that use our payment services. To further improve the quality towards the merchants and optimize our internal work, we are looking for a talented support technician.
As a support technician, you will be a part of team that works with building and supporting integration solutions between Klarna and our e-stores. As you love to use your programming skills in all sorts of areas, you will also invest time in creating technical solutions to make the department's internal work more efficient.
In order to excel in this position, you need to:
• Be experienced in web development languages and related components (php, mysql, javascript, css, web server configuration, tcp/ip etc
• Have a university degree supporting the above and/or have acquired the skills through practical work within the field.
• Like solving tricky problems in stressful situations
• Take lead on solving larger cases in cooperation with other departments, such as Engineering, Risk and Sales, within the company.
You are outgoing, eager to learn and always strive to overachieve.
