The Process Lead for External Reporting & Tax is responsible for ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance in the process.
The process is within the Finance core value flow ? External Reporting

The Finance Process Lead has a close stakeholder perspective and works very closely with the Finance Process Sponsor, Finance BITDM function, IT Management (ITTE), Ericsson Business Support and Process leads within Finance Process Management, as well as in other functions. The Finance Process Lead reports to the Process Manager for External Reporting

Description
The Finance Process Lead is responsible to provide a global efficient finance process with quality and adherence to the finance requirements. A true business perspective is a must and the Process Lead aims for a close stakeholder co-operation, which is leading to process enhancements/ development.

• Define and analyze process- and IT requirements
• Strong engagement and collaboration with the Ericsson Tax Community
• Improve, develop and secure implementation of the process
• Control the process by measuring, monitoring and act on process measurements
• Deploy policies/ directives in the process
• Ensure a process support model
• Design and maintain border-line and compliance controls
• Participate in Finance Improvement Governance to plan and prioritize (process strategy and road map)

Job competence:
• The Finance Process Lead is responsible to provide a global efficient finance process with quality and adherence to the finance requirements. A true business perspective is a must and the Process Lead aims for a close stakeholder co-operation, which is leading to process enhancements/development
• Experience from External Reporting or/and Company Control area
• Experience and understanding of the Tax processes
• Strong influencing, interpersonal skills for management of key stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Ericsson Financial Model, accounting directives and Business Processes
• Excellent verbal & written English is a must
