We are now looking for 2-3 university students who want the opportunity to work as

First line support consultant

The purpose of the job is to provide hiqh-quality customer service for all our customers during evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays. The work will be performed from your home.

Teleopti Service Desk provides support in over 14 countries globally including US, Brazil, China and Russia.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Registration of incoming customer support requests
• Monitoring of mail in pending customer cases
• Basic user support
• Administration of leads

Requirements
• Customer and service oriented mind set
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Flexibility to adapt to different situations and different cultures
• Accuracy in details- Fluent in English
• Excellent IT-skills
• Good technical understanding

Knowledge in other languages, preferably Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic, is considered an additional qualification.

To manage this position successfully, we believe you are comfortable with working independently with a strong personal responsibility.
