We are now strengthening the global Learning & Development function by recruiting a Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant for the Business Excellence area.
You will work in partnership with relevant Leadership Teams, stakeholders and existing L&D professionals in order to secure global competence for Operational Development, Administration and Real Estate professionals within Ericsson. This includes defining global learning strategies based on competence gap analysis as well as planning, developing and implementing learning solutions to close these gaps on a global scale, utilizing the full remit of learning methods and by working closely together with stakeholders and experts in the organization. You are also responsible to provide competence material and programs for Ericsson Wide competences belonging to your areas. To your help you have other learning professionals, Ericsson Academy Learning website drivers and global learning support.
You will sit in the Group Function (GF) Human Resources Learning & Development organization but work closely with Group Function Business Excellence and be part of the global L&D network.
The role is based in Stockholm, reporting to the Head of Competence Readiness for Group Functions within GF HR L&D. Alternate locations could be London, Ireland, Holland or USA.
Responsibilities will include:
• Working together with Leadership teams, key stakeholders and other L&D professionals to identify strategic global competence gaps for Operational Development (OD), Administration and Real Estate professionals.
• Work with Job role owners to perform broader competence gap studies per job role to identify and analyze further competence gaps following the Ericsson Career and Competence Model.
• Define learning strategies based on competence gap analysis.
• Plan, develop, implement and follow up learning programs and solutions to close identified gaps on a global scale, utilizing the full remit of learning methods and by working closely together with stakeholders and experts in the organization. Select external vendors or own development.
• Internal marketing and promotion to drive usage of your learning content.
• Regularly analyze the competence status within your area
• Work with learning professionals and stakeholders for other areas to ensure broader competence within Ericsson relating to your areas.
Qualifications:
• University Degree
• At least 5 years relevant experience in learning. Additional experience as a management consultant is a plus.
• Extensive experience from working with high level Leadership Teams. Managerial experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of and relevant experience from Job Roles within the OD, Admin and Real Estate area is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of and experience from Instructional design, including all aspects of learning Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation to create leading edge learning solutions.
