Thoroughbred International Group AB is an Australian based company specialising in face to face sales, promotion and marketing. The company has just recently expanded into Sweden and are now looking for 5 enthusiastic and positive people who like challenges and would enjoy working in a competitive team environment.
Thoroughbred International Group provides an internal training programme that consist of
1. Education and Development:
• Sales and Communication skills
• Leadership training
• Team manager development
• Assistant manager training
• Client manager promotion
2. Travel
As a company employee, you will have to enjoy travelling both in Sweden and international. To be selected to work in Australia for 3 Months, the applicant has to complete a 3 Month programme in Sweden that involves sales training, development into team leadership and team training. When successful, the applicant will be flying to Australia (minimum of 3 Months) on a return ticket for further education and development training. On return to Sweden you will pursuit criteria based on performance to advance into a promotion to potential management positions.
3. Expansion
Thoroughbred International Group works with large clients who want to expand and grow, due to this client demand of volume of sales, we are looking for people who would like to be successful in managing a sales team to hit our client sales targets.
