hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2023-03-07Kravprofil för detta jobbLead and coordinate all site related work for appointed Work Package and Site through all WP phases (Start up, Engineering, Preparation, Execution and Closure) which includes the following main tasks and duties.
o Lead, plan and follow up the WP mainly in terms of:
o Time
o Progress/Production
o Quality (HSE, Waste Management, etc.)
o Scope control
o Cost / Budget
o Risk
o Coordination of resources and works, incl contractors
o Ensure delivery of all WP, related activities, documentation, etc. in accordance with relevant WP management processes.
o Lead and coordinate the site related parts in the engineering phase (including the contracting process)
o Lead and coordinate the site and WP related preparation work
o Lead and coordinate the site and WP related execution work (Dismantling, Waste Handling, and other needed works)
o Lead and coordinate measures to achieve a high HSE performance and standard in the execution of the work package
o Follow up of the sub-contractors work to ensure fulfillment of the subcontractor's contractual obligations for the works in terms of time, progress and quality (fulfillment of requirement for dismantling, waste handling, HSE, RP, Work Order mgmt. etc.)
o Development of Site /WP specific risk identification and valuation and incorporate agreed risk mitigation measures into the work package
o Ensure weekly and monthly reporting to the Site Manager
Required Competencies & Qualifications:
o Good general Project Management experiences and skills
o Good communication skills both in Swedish and English.
o Good skills in digital tools such as Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint) and project management software
o Senior Leadership & Management experiences and skills
o Experiences of Project Management in large and complex projects
o Experience of Nuclear D&D and/ or experiences from Conventional D&D, or other similar and relevant experience for the job
Övrig informationThe role is subject to security clearance, which includes health and drug test.
