We are currently seeking new co-workers to our Infrastructure and Operation Competence Center. The competence center is a pool of cutting edge professionals supporting the complete Infrastructure and Operations division. The division encompass 600 people and the Competence Center consist of about 100 highly skilled specialists within different fields of expertise.

The person we are looking for is recruited specifically for an assignment as Wi-Fi Solution Architect. In this role, you will work within our section for Infrastructure Platforms. We are a service oriented organization with the mission to provide standardized infrastructural solutions for all H&M countries. We support many different scenarios ranging from small offices to offices with complex network requirements and thousands of Wi-Fi users. We support challenging environments such as warehouses. Your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain the architectural design of these standard solutions. You will also support a wide range of projects with guidelines. You will work close to other platform and network architects to always keep up to date with the network environment and target architecture.

Your responsibilities
The job as a Solution Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Establish and maintain High and Low-level design (and other supporting documents) for Wi-Fi and, in close cooperation with the rest of the network team, ecure integration with the fixed network resources such as identity management
• Participate in design solutions for projects new functions and services with our suppliers and vendors for the H&M network
• Review and approve design solutions created by suppliers and/or projects
• Ensure that Wi-Fi solutions are aligned with overall H&M target architecture and network architecture roadmap
• Secure that architectural policies and guidelines are followed and in accordance with roadmap for Wi-Fi
• Establishment of service design and provide input to service descriptions managed by Service Management.

And your skills include:
• Documented deep technical and architectural knowledge within Wi-Fi networks such as:
o Radio frequency planning
o Wi-Fi performance analysis
o Cisco ISE design and deployment
o 802.1x design and deployment
• High and low-level design work including documentation
• Experience of global IT and network environments covering Cisco wireless technologies and Identity Service Management
• Experience from management and service development of global enterprise wi-fi network
• Good knowledge about routing, switching
• Basic understanding of network security and datacenters
• The ability to understand business needs and accordingly design new services or infrastructure functionality
• Experience from working in large IT-organizations with an outsourced delivery model or experience from a large IT-supplier
• Understanding of process frameworks such as ITIL and ITSM
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Preferably CCNP and/or CCDP certified or similar
Experience from project requirement work is a merit, as well as experience of network delivery and operations from either telecoms or large information technology companies.
