hela Sverige Were looking for an English and Swedish speaking Desktop Service Support Engineer for our customer in Stockholm.
Work description
Your main duties will include front line support/help desk and second line support dealing with queries over email, telephone and in person (within office) to assist users with product activation and usage. This communication will occur in English or Swedish, depending on the location of the user. Stockholm is a centre for second line support also covering United Kingdom and international.
You will also be responsible for the creation and maintenance of user documentation, web guiding and assist and deal with in-house testing of the product. Future opportunities are available for the right candidate.
Your profile?
We are looking for someone that can speak and write good fluent command in English AND Swedish. We want you to have at least 1 year experience of support/help desk environments, and you should contribute with knowledge in windows and/or Mac OSX operating systems. You should also be well-known with computer networking concepts.
It is desirable if you have
• a bachelor or equivalent degree in a computer related field
• experience with portable handheld devices
• experience with word-processing software such as Microsoft Office
Your personality
• Willing to learn new things
• You have a positive attitude towards people, work and life
• Ability to identify problems quickly and solve them effectively
• Aptitude to explain a complex system to a user in terms they will understand
• Ability to deal with occasional stress and pressures from (full mailbox/line of incoming calls).
