hela Sverige Our client is creating a newly formed technology function that is going to revolutionize the way we identify, approach, and engage with customers, in order to pioneer new ways of thinking and accelerate customer focus within the healthcare industry. Our client will empower this team to explore new technology stacks and make tangible changes to the existing business. To achieve this, our client needs to bring in talented tech experts such as a Website Product Owner.
By taking on the Product Owner role you will build upon and lead the global website experience. You will be incorporating company strategy into the website while helping to create, maintain, and improve the website and landing pages so that our client can execute on growth levers. To achieve this, you will be collaborating with web editors to optimize the content and improve the customer experience. You will be owning the product backlog as well as the end-to-end website experience and strategy to deliver impact across the funnel. You will be working with a wide range of international stakeholders across the company to agree on priorities, align expectations and ensure the realization of expected business value. You will also be responsible to achieve strategic objectives to contribute to the success of our client's online presence.
You will join an agile working team that is equally passionate as you about delivering the best values for end-users. You will benefit from being given the autonomy to assign priority to business requests based on your own strategic thinking.
You will gain global oversight of the digital customer communication initiative and deliver creative solutions which meet the customer- and business needs. You thrive on understanding customer needs and acting as the bridge between the business and the development team.
Here are some of the key accountabilities for the role;
Accountable for owning and actively managing the backlog and iterations of the website from a Product Owner perspective, to achieve the expected online reach, traffic and conversion,
Interacts with, support and constructively challenge users, customers, stakeholder and suppliers, by sharing knowledge and best practices, gaining feedback and clarifying needs
Lead the customer experience in functionality, workflow, consistency, usability and simplicity within scope of solutions,
Drive the development of enhancements including aligning the appropriate participants to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or assist in UAT as needed,
Understand the IT solutions such as public web, streaming media, web analytics, SEO, domain management, master data etc., well enough to voice solution and platform possibilities and constraints in discussions with both IT and business stakeholders, agencies and suppliers,
Contribute as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in related initiatives.

3-6 months, with the opportunity of extention.
Language: english
You will have to be onsite in Gothenburg 2-3 days a week
