We offer you Are you a creative UX-Designer who is driven by creating business value for our customers? We offer an exciting role that is part of the Business Development Team Online. You will be an important part in developing Kappahl's visual expression so that it is appealing, engaging and converting and translates this into user flows using wireframes and prototypes. The role includes a perfect mix of design and usability, and you will work closely with both your colleagues within Online but also have contact areas with Market, Assortment & Design and IT.
Your profile We believe that you have a relevant education in graphic design / UX and have experience from a similar role as a Web/UX Designer or Digital AD. Experience from e-commerce in some form, we see as a prerequisite for success in the role. We assume that you have created digital user experience that you can impress us with and that you have a strong interest in the visual expression. Furthermore, you master relevant tools for developing wireframes, designs and prototypes, such as Figma. If you have experience with agile methods, A/B testing and user tests, it is meritorious. Then also, basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

As a person, you are creative, structured and like the responsibility that comes with having a key role in the workplace. Your work as well independently as in teams while taking great responsibility for performing your tasks. You are analytical and your decision-making is based primarily on data insights.

Are you interested? The position is a substitute position of 12 months with a placement at our head office in Mölndal. Access as soon as possible by appointment, but preferably 1/2, 2022.
