hela Sverige Join our global marketing team as the new web manager!Our business centers around eye tracking products and services designed to increase our customers' understanding of human behavior - you will play an integral role in ensuring their needs are met when they visit our website. About the position You will be responsible for the administration of our website and report to our digital marketing manager while working closely with those in the team who are responsible for PR and creative production. You will also be required to work with marketing colleagues in different offices globally. Our customers are all over the world and we aim to serve them while having fun doing it! Data, data, data!This role is heavily focused on driving growth, awareness, and engagement online, and improving the overall customer experience on the Tobii Pro website to increase qualified leads. We're looking for someone who loves data analysis and using it to continually optimize our assets.As the web manager you will be responsible for our website, both on strategic and operational level. By that we mean, developing and implementing a web strategy to ensure we're executing our online marketing strategy; this will include restructuring our website to reflect a new customer segment layout.You will: Be the project manager for various online activities and campaigns and take us to the next level by proactively challenging us when developing new landing pages and web content. Be the source of expert knowledge on SEO, Adwords, and Google Analytics, and know how to drive conversion. Have responsibility for our various language sites and support colleagues with their management.Be a 'super-user' of EPI Server CMS, and educate colleagues on how to update new content. We want your expertise and input to create an optimal customer journey!A bit about you!Proven experience in a website manager role where you drove improvement.We use Epi, so experience working with it is a huge advantage!A degree in digital marketing or communication and a broad background working with online measurement tools.Experience in SEO optimization for global multi-language websites.Excellent knowledge of Google AdWords and Google Analytics.Excellent oral and written skills in English. Other languages are a big plus! We have recently adopted Agile methodology in our team, so prior experience in an Agile workplace is an advantage.
