At the beginning of 2022, UPS Sweden AB will open a customer service department in Järfälla. That's why we are now looking for you who want to join the journey on behalf of UPS! As a customer service agent for UPS, you will work broadly with the main focus on providing high quality service to their customers. You will mainly receive inquiries by telephone from UPS's Finnish customers. For example, you will handle calls regarding:
• Packet tracking
• Deliveries
• Invoicing
• Complaints
• Rebookings of deliveries
This is a direct recruitment, which means that you will be directly employed by UPS and we at StudentConsulting handle the recruitment process. The position is expected to start up in mid-March 2022 and is a long-term need. Working hours vary between 07 - 19 on weekdays, where you will work from the UPS office in Järfälla. Publiceringsdatum2022-02-14ProfilYou have a completed high school education. Furthermore, we would like to see that you have previous experience of similar work. If you have experience from the transport industry, this is an advantage. You have good system and computer skills and are used to working in different systems at the same time. We also see that you have good knowledge of the Office package and express yourself well in speech and writing in both Finnish and English. Knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
As a person, you are used to working at a high pace and towards clearly set goals. You are a confident and empathetic person who likes to help and respond to customers. You quickly get acquainted with new processes and systems and are a real team player who likes "multitasking". You are solution-oriented and finds it easy to make contacts. As a person, you take ownership of your work and make sure to give customers the very best service.
As UPS is a security-classified company, they will request extracts from your criminal record before employment.
