Tetra Pak Packaging AB in Sunne, Sweden is responsible for manufacturing of Tetra Rex packaging material and implementation of converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions with a clear customer focus and world class manufacturing standards.
We are now looking for a WCM Coordinator to join the WCM-World Class Manufacturing (Continuous improvement) organisation and contribute to improving the results in the factory.
The position is located in Sunne, Sweden.
What you will do
As WCM Coordinator, you will be applying WCM knowledge and methodology to support and improve the results in the factory. You will work in the WCM organisation with a variety of activities.
Participate in planning and implementation of WCM programme (continuous improvement programme based on Total Productive Maintenance, Kaizen, Lean, Six sigma) in the factory
Support pillars and process teams in implementation of WCM methods and tools and coordinate pillars activities
Attend in Pillar structures and Steering committees
Support, lead, and train operators in WCM teams for proper application of WCM methodologies
Benchmark with colleagues from other factories and master pillar teams about implementation of WCM programme
Work on continuous improvements and follow implementation of methods, actions and standards for loss eradication and prevention
Ensure the sustainability of improvements through internal and external audits
Drive development of WCM competencies by delivering trainings and coaching factory employees.
Who you are

We are looking for a candidate with minimum 2-3 years' experience within the field of Continuous improvement/Production/Maintenance/Quality.
You possess a University education, preferably within in the technical range: Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or similar.
It is required that you are fluent in both English and Swedish, written and spoken.
