hela Sverige It is a combined role as Warehouse Operator and Purchasing. As Warehouse Operator you will receive incoming goods, secure that the goods get the right place in our stock. You will have contact with our suppliers if there are deviations. Within Purchasing you will secure the right supplier data in the systems and provide different reports.
Responsibilities:
• Receive incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods, purchase orders and invoices
• Accurately sort, label and store goods
• Arrange storage to optimize warehouse space
• Maintain relevant logistics data to systems, to maintain up-to-date
• Operate forklift
• Inventory monthly
• Register suppliers in the systems
• Deliver reports within purchasing monthly
Requirements:
• Logistic process knowledge
• Takes initiative and drives improvements
• Teamwork skills
• Service mindset
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of relevant IM-tools such as Microsoft Office
• Forklift license is considered an advantage
• SAP-knowledge is considered an advantage
