hela Sverige Avinode is looking to add another "Noder" to their growing business and are now looking for a Voice of the Customer Analyst to join the CX-team in Sweden. You will have the flexibility to work from the Gothenburg office or remotely, whichever suits you best. Your addition to the team will bring valuable analytics and insights in regards to CX on all Avinode platforms - Avinode Marketplace, Schedaero and Paynode.
Voice of the Customer (VOC) is the systematic approach for collecting customer feedback, mining that feedback for insights, and then incorporating the insights into business decisions. You use a framework of listening points, analysis tools and engaging reporting to be a credible and powerful voice of the customer, holding the business accountable to making improvements in customers satisfaction on critical customer touchpoints.
Together with your CX Specialist colleagues, you will tackle problems and improvements in order to bring value to your customer facing colleagues. Your contribution will be executed by working with Power BI, the database and using tools like Pendo, to create reports and present findings in the best possible way. You will also bring your opinions and expertise to workshops or business case presentations to further extend cross-functional collaboration and by extension a great overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
Manage customer feedback data and monitor 'hotspots' of customer experience across allocated journeys
Use analysis tools to understand customer voice across listening points including customer feedback
Monitor triggers of experience changes including major releases, product launches and outputs from team members
Consolidate multiple sources of customer voice and evidence in engaging and stakeholder appropriate formats
Ideal candidate
Experience working in a digital/SaaS company
2+ years' of experience in a VOC analyst or data role
Experience of working in Power BI
Great with analytics - capable of understanding and analyzing metrics in order to turn these into valuable insights
Communicating fluently in English - written and spoken
To become a "Noder" you have to be flexible and able to handle ambiguity. You can produce high quality deliverables in support of customer experience excellence and retention while also defining product ROI for clients and presenting this with the help of great communication abilities.
