Management Trainee program

As a Management Trainee, you will build practical education to become a future leader in the most exciting enterprise in the Nordic region. During the 12 months as a Management Trainee you will gain comprehensive insight into Visma’s portfolio of products and services, as well as being able to develop key knowledge about Visma’s strategic choices. You will act as a project manager in five projects across the divisions, which all require comprehensive understanding of business, customer driven approach, and insight into Visma’s strategy.

Sales Trainee program

As a Sales Trainee, you will build practical education to become a key salesperson in the most exciting enterprise in the Nordic region. You will obtain good knowledge of sales and an overview that usually takes a long time to acquire. During the 12 months as a Sales Trainee you will gain experiences with sales and Key Account Management through work practices in different sales projects in Visma, as well as a general view of the organization and corporate strategies. 

Qualifications:

• Recently graduated or with a maximum of two year’s work experience
• Master’s degree, preferably within Business/Management or Computer Science/IT-Management
• Ideally with knowledge and/or experience from sales, finance or ERP and CRM systems

• Creative and resourceful
• Outgoing and sociable
