Publiceringsdatum2015-03-05ArbetsuppgifterA pedagogical leader who works in close collaboration with the Principal and Educational leadership team at ISLK. Work with development and support of whole school, programs and staff to ensure a safe environmnet and good quality education for students. Engaged in work with accountability of the school; evaluations, quality assurance and reporting. Follows up on school goals. Work in close collaboration with the student welfare team. Responsibilities for staff and budget.
KvalifikationerTeacher or other pedagogical exam from university.
Experience from leading in an IB school environment.
Enthusiasm and strong commitment to the IB concept.
Knowledge about the PYP and MYP.
Excellent communication skills both in Swedish and English.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Attitudes and skills required for a cross-cultural environment.
Development orientated with personal insight and the ability to make decisions.
Experience is required.
