We are now looking for a Verification Engineer forBusiness Unit Power Products, Product Development.

YOUR ROLE - DUTIES

The Verification Engineer is a key member of project teams, safeguarding verification and validation activities at the appropriate level. The Verification Engineer is also the representative of the Test and Analysis department in projects, providing input into the department with regards to the required verification and validation activities.

As Verification Engineer you will:

• Assess and formulate verification and validation requirements

• Specify, plan, coordinate and follow up on activities with regards to verification and validation in development and maintenance projects

• Based on the above specification, pinpoint Test and Analysis needs (both short and long term), to be able to perform V&V activities at the appropriate level

• Check specific Test and Analysis requests/programs, to ensure that the expected result can be used for verification and/or validation

• Have regular communication with the QA-department, to ensure compliance in all V&V deliveries

This position is located in Timrå and will report to the Manager Test & Analysis.

YOUR PROFILE - QUALIFICATIONS

We believe that you have an education within engineering along with at least 5 years of work experience as development engineer or similar.

You are used to working in projects, can manage stress, have a logical and analytical way of thinking and have good business English and presentation skills. We also expect you to have good relationship management and communication skills.

To be successful in this position we believe that you have great attention to detail, are well structured, motivated by challenges and love to achieve strong results through teamwork.
