We are now looking for Vehicle Motion Control Developers
Description
You will be part of the Chapter Vehicle Motion Controls Engineering & Artificial Intelligence, which is one of five competence areas within the Software Tribe.
Our focus is to develop embedded vehicle software solutions for vehicle motion control and self-driving capabilities. We are also supporting this development with data analytics and strategies for data management.
We are now looking for experienced control developers that can bring our future integrated vehicle motion control platform to life. Integrated Vehicle motion Control (IVC) is where the vehicles motion, both longitudinal and lateral, is integrated and controlled by one software. Previous experience from development of vehicle motion control is required and if you have experience within functional safety (ISO 26262) it is even better.
You will join an agile organisation, where team work, empowered self-organising teams and quick learning cycles is a key to success. Thus you need to be a good team player and continuously strive to make the team successful.
We will ensure that you will have opportunities to grow and take on new challenges!
The role involves:
- Controls development and testing of vehicle motion functionalities
- Targeting the software for an Autosar platform
- Requirements breakdown and analysis
- Implementation of functional safety requirements
- Collaboration with NEVS engineers and partners at different departments and locations
- Mentoring of colleagues
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor of Science or higher degree
- More than 5 years of experiences from developing automotive embedded controls software
- Experience from brake control, steering control or propulsion control for EV's
- Experience from test driven development with Matlab/Simulink
- Experience with Autosar and ISO26262
- Ability to share her or his expertise to colleagues
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
- Driver license for vehicle.
