MultiMind recruits a VAT Manager for a global Company in the telecom business. The unit for Finance and Accounting are now preparing to build a new VAT-team. The main responsibility for the team will
be to provide VAT services to the Swedish based companies, but also monitor and overview the VAT reporting in the Swedish based companies branch offices abroad.
As a VAT Manager you will:
•  Be responsible to build the new VAT team
•  Manage the VAT compliance work for the Swedish established companies and secure the quality of the services delivered.
•  Drive compliance to global standards in terms of service scope and process standards, as well as continued process improvement.
•  Share best practice within the unit and with local companies, as well as build and maintain a network together with the local companies.
•  Be responsible for change management within the unit.
•  Together with your team assist in the global work to build a functional VAT reporting process within SAP.
You have a master of Business Administration or other education and equivalent experience. You have leadership skills and previous experience within the VAT area.
