Description
As a UX & UI designer you will work in the clients App stream to:
• Brainstorm new solutions and create fantastic, engaging and intuitive solutions.
• Lead discovery meetings together with their Digital Product Owners.
• Use analytics to make informed data-driven recommendations.
• Create beautiful, engaging and selling designs.
• Help develop and maintain the atomic design system.
• Work with cross-functional teams to set requirements.
• Research features and technologies to support usability recommendations.
• Create responsive wireframes, interactive prototypes and flows to communicate and test solutions.
• Make presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify specifications.
• Iterate existing designs, improving and pushing them to the next level.
• Stay on top of design trends, new developments and what's happening in the industry.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Degree in design or other relevant education
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with a good understanding of app and web design, usability and working within brand guidelines.
• Good knowledge of relevant tools, such as Sketch and Figma.
• Sharp attention to details.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet commitments in multiple initiatives at the same time.
• Excellent communication skills - able to relate to stakeholder groups including clients, developers and executive management.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Portfolio including samples of work outlining business needs and proposed solutions.
