We are looking for:
A UX Designer with passion for user needs and interaction design, providing support both to the customer as well as the IT organization, with focus on bridging the gap between business needs and usability of IT solutions. You need to be well-versed in UX tools and methodologies, with a bias for action - willing to have the courage and drive take on the challenge of being a UX ambassador within the company to move UX initiatives forward.
We need strong user experience perspective in all our exploration activities. The user might be a truck driver, a service technician, a fleet owner, a dealership manager or any other role involved in the transport or construction industry. Your role is to secure that the user experience is not compromised with throughout the project.
We are looking for 3- 5 years minimum of UX design experience as an interaction/visual designer of a UI/UX team through the product development cycle of successfully launched web, mobile, and/or software applications.

Tasks would include:
You will have a key role in our projects and deliveries where you will work with web, client and mobile applications.
As an UX Designer typical activities would be:
User research
Concept & interaction design
Prototyping
Training and Workshops
User testing
Presentations to stakeholders
To succeed in this role you need to have an agile mindset and way of working.
Required Competencies:

Strong communication and visual presentation skills
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills for local and global teams
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Practice of self-development and adaptability
Fluent in responsive design, mobile/tablet UI UX
Overall requirements:
Valid work-permit for applied country, if not a citizen
Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are given merit)
Education:
Interaction design, Cognitive science and Human-Computer interaction, Visual Design, Master of Science in Business Administration
