Programme & Project management of a number of complex infrastructure schemes through the whole project lifecycle
Communication and information management
Management of the technical aspects of design, procurement, implementation and close-out in accordance with the programme
Co-ordination of all relevant parties of the project from inception to closeout
Assist clients in defining project requirements
Procurement and contract management
Facilitate and lead value management and value engineering exercises
Manage budgets
Stakeholder management and co-ordination of third party interfaces
Risk management
Building, management and leadership of teams
Relationships and contacts
Infrastructure projects are typically complex and involve engagement and co-ordination of a large number of stakeholders.
Our project managers can be asked to act on behalf of our clients, lead negotiations and co-ordinate client and supplier teams.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications
Good communication skills and good knowledge of Swedish, good knowledge of English is an advantage
Experience of bid and tender writing
Experience in successful delivery of projects in the road and/or rail sector throughout the whole project lifecycle
Desire to work in a consultancy environment
Proactive and flexible and have excellent communication skills
Post graduate qualifications in project management, construction management or engineering would be an advantage
Relevant professional qualification (Desirable)
Contractual knowledge of Engineering and Construction Contracts

The development of my clients business in Sweden and the Nordic market are managed from their office in Stockholm. They are expanding quickly in Sweden and are currently involved in a number major transport infrastructure projects with many more in the pipeline. They are now looking for a Uppdragschef, Uppdragsledare, a number of Project Managers or alternatively Senior Planners with a focus on transport infrastructure both road and rail. They are looking for a enterprising, motivated and proactive people. This is a key role in the company and the individual will take a leading position within a stimulating International environment.
