Job Summary
As an Upgrades Sales Support Specialist, you will manage upgrade inquiries, support sales activities, and strengthen relationships with Market organisations. You will play a key role in promoting our upgrade portfolio and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you will do
Handle upgrade inquiries and support sales processes.
Act as the main contact for Market organisations in assigned markets.
Build strong relationships and provide technical expertise to customers.
Promote upgrade solutions through presentations, webinars, and workshops.
Execute small upgrade projects and ensure timely issue resolution.
Gather market insights and contribute to business development.
We believe you have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar field.
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry.
Strong customer focus and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
