We are seeking to significantly enhance our sales capabilities in Sweden and are looking to identify individuals who have the capability to pursue and close New Name Services and HW/SW deals.
 Summary:
The individual will be required to identify and sell solutions from within the full portfolio of TCIS' Data Center Transformation stack (SAP infrastructure optimization services, Data center Automation solutions, High Performance SQL, Application modernization solutions and Secure Cloud solutions), in order to generate New Name wins with long-term revenue annuity streams for Unisys.  
The person will work within the Technology, Consulting & Integration Solutions (TCIS) organization, and have ultimate responsibility for the identification and winning of specific new name business in Sweden. He/she will have direct responsibility for development and execution of sales strategies and plans that align to Unisys growth and revenue objectives for client business opportunities. Furthermore he/she will be leading the Swedish support team to close the identified deals and thereby driving accelerated revenue growth.
 Key Responsibilities: 
These will include but are not limited to:
• Developing and executing a sales strategy to win New Name deals in the Swedish marketplace, typically $0.3-3M over 1-3 year contracts.
• Achieving or exceeding a personal order intake quota of at least $4M annually.
• Creating and substantially growing the business with prospective clients by leveraging the full Unisys portfolio, providing professional leadership and coordination of the sales/support teams on focused key accounts and opportunities.    
• Maintains high-level executive contact with prospects, focusing on the establishment and maintenance of a strategic relationship.   
• Functioning as a recognized expert in the field - understanding Unisys global strategy and competitors' strategies and using this knowledge cross-functionally to help increase Unisys value to its clients.
Experience:
Significant experience in a similar IT Services oriented business, with an emphasis on achieving New Name sales deals, typically in excess of $0.5 million.
A clearly visible track record of successfully selling and growing New Name business - ideally from generating services revenues in the Swedish marketplace while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
 A previous history of operating in a sales role with personal order/revenue accountability within a collaborative environment working in parallel with multiple stakeholders.  
• Demonstrated ability to be successful in a matrixed organization, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering outsourcing services. 
• Thought leadership based on expertise in the IT industry. 
• Capable of providing professional leadership and co-ordination of the sales activity on target accounts.  
• Ability to maintain high level (CXO) executive contact with clients, focusing on the establishment and maintenance of a strategic IT relationship.  
• Dynamic, tenacious, self driven combining the will to win and ability to make it happen.  
• Mastering Swedish as a native language and English as a second language
